I, Dr. Hussain Ali, and my wife, Dr. Habiba Ijaz, were both Orthopedic Trainees at Rawalpindi Medical University. Aspiring to advance our careers by gaining exposure to foreign technologies and diverse treatment methods, we knew the UK was our best opportunity. However, despite meeting all the prerequisites, the language exam remained the only obstacle in our path.
